Festival of Whales in Hawaii

Hawaii (USA) will have already turned this traditional festival of whales. The celebration will begin in Maui on Nov. 26 and runs right up to May 15, 2011. In the past year is an unusual event attended by more than 25 000 people.The central event of the festival - the Day of China is scheduled for Saturday, February 19. Tourists are expected to parade of whales, views, special meals in restaurants, entertainment for children and much, much more. Another unusual event - the marathon. Participants will need to be broken into groups of 5 people and together cover the distance. Adults will run 5 kilometers, the children - all 2. New at the festival will be a Valentine's weekend, which will be held under the slogan "Love the whales."  

As part of this holiday vacationers can enjoy music, art, poetry, movies and photos. Those who want to learn more about the largest mammal on earth, can listen to the lectures of specialists
