Hotel owner, who complained loudly that it was included in the list of "Top 10 dirtiest hotels in USA, is now under arrest on charges of child pornography. Desert Inn Hotel in Daytona Beach, Fla., was included in the list in third. Now the owner of the hotel's 57-year-old Dennis Devlin, located in the county jail on charges of distributing child pornography. The arrest is connected with the alleged facts in the hotel with 13-year-old boy, reported the Daytona Beach News-Journal. Also charged with another 20-year-old hotel employee.


The initiator of the case a 13-year-old boy and his grandmother, who called the police and complained that the boy attracted to sexual violence in this hotel. After a police raid at one of the rooms were found a mobile phone with a video camera recorded the rollers of rape the boy, as well as some DVD-ROM drive containing child pornography. Case was forwarded to the FBI.
